One of the biggest stumbling blocks for the senior baby boomer in a health and fitness program is the daunting task of getting rid of old habits like smoking. I have personally attempted to quit smoking many times, only to start smoking all over again after a short time. I hope to quit this smoking addiction this time around. Here I give some costs we pay for continuing to smoke. Let’s all get on the stop smoking bandwagon and chime-in with encouragement to everyone who is trying to kick the smoking habit.
