I want to share this, its much better if you had an earphone so you wont be distracted with the noise within your area. i suggest that you close your eyes and reclined your chair. if you dont want to close your eyes I had some nice scenery I googled just for you (thanks google!)

1 in 5 American’s have been diagnosed with some form of Arthritis. Of course most doctors will give you drugs or steroids but have you ever considered that your body could be nutrient deficient? Our soils ARE deficient in nutrients and have been for some time. Is there a connection between arthritis and the deficiency in the soil. Maybe!
