Soothing relaxation stress relief harp music
Be Present, Slow down and allow this pure relaxing harp music to renew and calm you. Eckhart Tolle reminds us to “make the present moment your friend.”
Find the stunning hand of God (or peace dove) in the icicle beside the icicle butterfly. This gentle creek is just recovering from the demands of flood waters, as we also have the capacity to cope and re-direct challenges that face our world. Therapeutic harpist, Christine Magnussen plays the opening track, Water Spirit, from her album, On Wings of a Dove – Harp Music to Soothe the Soul. Send these precious moments of peace to a friend. Click on Full screen, sit back a ways from your monitor, and drink in the peaceful harp music. Order CD at peacecalm.com.

@911650 Your background in music is very helpful, especially the piano. However, I teach many newbies to music using the harp as it is very easy to understand music on these small harps on my harpspirit website which are an affordable way to begin the harp.
It is very simple to make lovely soothing sounds on the harp in just a few minutes with the creative approach I’ve developed. Feel free to go there or to my peacecalm website and send more questions.

@Tacos209 You are …
@Tacos209 You are welcome. Calming music can absolutely take you away from the thoughts that create the stress. Focus on the body, your senses, nature, sweet smells, tastes and sounds. The mind does not always give us an accurate picture of reality. There is always goodness, and there is calm all around us if we notice it.

You are not alone in these times that cause great confusion and anxiety. We ALWAYS have positive choices that alone can help to make our own experience/life meaningful and calmer. Sometimes doing less, choosing to do and have those things and people in our lives that are meaningful to us, saying no to pressures of all kinds. Close your eyes and feel your breath. Release all of the negative programming that everyone else is throwing your way. What brings you bliss?

The piano is very much like a harp. I think of the harp as a “vertical piano” in that the scale, like the alphabet is easily visible one string after another – A, B, C. The harp has colored strings on Cs and Fs as points of reference. It’s very easy to learn to play the harp and make simple sounds. Have you seen my Skype Online Harp Lessons on You Tube? I encourage you to give it a try!

@harpmusicCD I heard that if you can play that piano that you shouldn’t have a hard time playing the harp. Is that true?
