Nautilus One …
Nautilus One includes the 4 bar linkage and is very smooth (No Friction) compare to the 1st, 2nd and 2STmachines. Less stress on the joints and focuses on the muscles. There is a huge difference between these machines and Jones era ones. They cost more but are well worth the price. You need to try them out then you will be sold on Nautilus One. I have been using Nautilus since the 70′s- these are by far the best as long you use them properly.
